Anise Hyssop, also known as Agastache foeniculum, is a native perennial herb with attractive spikes of small, tubular, lavender to purple flowers. It blooms from early summer to early fall, attracting bees, hummingbirds, butterflies, and beneficial insects. Its leaves and seeds are edible, offering a mild licorice taste with a citrus aftertaste.
