Privacy policy

Hollowell Consulting AB (Värmlandsgatan 8, Karlstad) is the controller for the personal data described here. For content an organization stores in Anisola, such as photos in templates, the organization decides what is stored and we process it on its behalf.
What we collect
- Your email address, name (if you add one) and preferred language.
- Which organizations you belong to, and your role in each.
- What you add: templates, fonts and the images in them, and your projects with their photos, videos and exported files.
- If you connect Figma: an access token (stored encrypted) and your Figma name.
- Technical data: sign-in times, your IP address for rate limits and security, and a count of exports per organization.
- Payments are handled by Paddle; we receive the plan, its status and a customer reference, not your card details.
Why
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting rules for payments (legal obligation). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
- Our hosting provider, where the service and database run [provider, country].
- Our email provider, for sign-in codes and invitations [provider].
- Paddle.com, for payments and invoices.
- Figma, if you connect it, to import your files.
- Google Fonts: our server (not your device) downloads open-license fonts your templates use.
How long
As long as you have an account. Deleting your account deletes your personal data and your projects; deleting an organization deletes its content. On the Free plan, projects are deleted 30 days after they were last changed. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can see, correct and delete your data in the app, or ask us for a copy, correction, deletion or restriction at [email protected]. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. The web app stores your sign-in on your device so you stay signed in.
