Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Anisola (the website, the web app at https://app.anisola.com and the apps for iPhone and Android). Anisola is provided by Hollowell Consulting AB, Värmlandsgatan 8, Karlstad, registration number 5592523814 ("we").
Accounts and organizations
You sign in with your email address. You can create organizations and invite other people to them. The owner of an organization is responsible for who they invite and what the organization's members do in it.
Your content
Templates, fonts, images, videos and text you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you and the people in your organization. You must have the right to use what you upload, including font licenses for the organization's members.
Acceptable use
Don't use Anisola for anything illegal, to infringe other people's rights, to send spam, or to try to get at other organizations' data or disrupt the service.
Plans and payment
Organizations can use the Free plan or subscribe to Premium or Organization, monthly or yearly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the app; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.
If an organization moves to a smaller plan, nobody is removed, but it can't add people or export beyond the smaller plan's limits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Anisola available, but can't promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may change the service and these terms; we'll tell owners by email at least 30 days before a change that affects them for the worse.
Ending
You can delete your account and organizations in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an organization is deleted, its content is deleted from our systems.
Business use
Anisola is provided only for business use. These terms are between us and the business you represent ("you"). By accepting them, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
Liability
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of the content you add to Anisola. The service is not a backup or archive.
We are not liable for loss, corruption or deletion of data or content, or for the cost of recovering, restoring or recreating it, whether those losses are direct or indirect.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or business interruption.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms, across all claims, is limited to the subscription fees paid for the affected organization during the 12 months before the first event giving rise to a claim. This includes subscription fees paid through our reseller. If no subscription fees were paid during that period, we have no monetary liability.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by Swedish courts in the province of Värmland.
