Refund policy

Payments for Anisola are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also processes refunds.

14-day refund

If you're not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for it, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal. The organization moves back to the Free plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page in the web app. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Apart from the 14-day refund above, we don't refund the rest of a period you've already started.
